The vicious North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, decides to ban plastic bags.
Kim Jong Un recently said that the protection of his soil will be done one plastic bag at a time.
He also announced the introduction of penalties for littering. The penalty for littering is: 4,000,000,000 which is equivalent to roughly 3,459,500 USD. If the fine was not paid in full penalties could range from 68 years in jail to a death sentence.
