On Christmas Eve, Maxwell Moore was walking to his family’s van in Los Angeles, California when he was hit by a red Toyota hybrid. His cousin Calvin Moore saw the entire thing. “When I was going to wave to him through the window, I saw a red car come and hit him. I told my mom and she came running with 5 people.
