Mojang got officially announced that Minecraft, the fun, building site for kids and adults, will be shutting down somewhere in 2020. They state that they had a great time, but they have gotten sick of the game and have not been getting to much revenue from it. They say refunds will be granted on coins but not purchases of the game. Both parents and kids are furious over this and are demanding Mojang to keep going, and give refunds to parents for purchasing the game. Mojang stated that they will not continue the game, and that they will give half refunds to angry parents.
I am personally deeply saddened by this, as I have many good words when I played Minecraft, but sadly, I guess it is not staying for long. Mojang also stated that they are working on a new game, but have refused to say anything else, stating it was a secret to be revealed sometime in 2021 to 2022.
