In the past few weeks we were talking about family friendly content and we said we were going to delete it but we have decided to get rid of 12+ content now. We are making a new app called youtube adult we will be releasing it on 12th March 2020... Until then you will still be able to upload 12+ content. We are making this change as we think its better for the kids watching youtube. On kid friendly content you will not be able to view likes and dislikes that will start from 2nd July 2022... From today if you make 12+ content you will not be able to make your own custom thumbnails.
