The popular artist DeadMau5 is suing the game publishers, Devolver Digital. This is because of the song "DustM|O|O|N" in their game Hotline Miami. Apparently Devolver used this song without DeadMau5's permission leading the suing, but not only is Devolver being sued, the players/buyers of the game are too, due to Steam's privacy contract. Every buyer of the game will be fined $300, if they bought it off of Steam, but if you bought it on console exclusively, you should be fine, and not fined.
