Today, December 19, 2020 Officer Smith tases a high-school student named David, the cause of it the teenager didn't want to give out his phone during ISS, he told the officer he didn’t have to give it and refused to. Officer warns him one more time and puts his hand on the taser and the teenager runs to the cafeteria and officer Smith tases him, handcuffs him and take him by the car. The teenager still refused to then when they was about to head out David tries to stop him and officer Smith looks like to have punched him in the surveillance camera of the high-school. Deputy’s are looking into it.
