This morning, a resident of the city of Pleasanton, California, a 12 year old named Arwin Hsu was declared missing. His mother informed the police that he had gone for a walk before school, but did not return. The FBI has been involved and offers a prize to anyone who can find Arwin. A national search will be conducted Friday.
