Christmas is the most popular American holiday which is cherished by both the young and old. Every December you can see the beautifully decorated Christmas tree's peaking out of windows. While this holiday has been celebrated by many since the year 334 AD, the federal government has put a permanent ban on this popular holiday.
According to the Federal Government, this law was passed this recent Sunday, December 15th around noon. December 25th has been known to be Christmas Day but as of now, it is seen as a regularly passing day.
The question is, why is this happening? This issue has been occurring for many different reasons. Now there are many, which we aren't sure of. While most haven't noticed, the bible doesn't ever mention Christmas. Yes, it does include details of his birth and the angelic appearance to Mary and then Joseph. Another current issue is that Christians believe that it is unfair to Jesus. Many children wake up on Christmas day with presents under the Christmas tree, Christians are beginning to believe that we should be celebrating Jesus on that day. How might this be done? To honor and spend the day looking over the beautiful stories of Jesus.
