Article 13 has taken over, not just in Europe but every where in the world. The UN recently released a statement revealing they think memes are stupid and damaging to the brain. Similar to China’s ban on videogames, the UN has banned memes from use. If you’re caught using memes you’ll get a fine. This may put many youtubers that use memes as their main source, such as PewDiePie, into bankruptcy. This has been confirmed to be set on January 12, 2020.
