After a certain filipino youtuber uploaded a clip of the one piece movie on youtube, authorities investigated and 2 months later, it has been discovered that many filipinos had actually uploaded clips on the internet. A Japanese movie shall only be premiered in Philippine Cinemas if a studio pays a large sum of tax just to premiere it in the Philippines.
