Poo in the minds of nearly everyone is gross but recently there has been a study that has proven that poo is a good source of protein, fibre and carbohydrates. According to Andrew Shaw a micro lab teacher with a PhD at Harvard who put poo under a microscope and was surprised when he saw little micronutrients. The micronutrients Dr.Shaw found in the poo keep in mind this is his own poo and found Youita and herdela which is actually microfibres you find in medicine that you take when your sick or have a headache. That means poo could cure viruses. Now that poo is actually healthy every time you poo scoop it up and eat it. -Liza Kenny publisher and writer of the New York Times
