Israel Vargas uitron was a 14 year old who was shot and killed due to gang related. He was born on April 29,2005 and died in December 9th 2019. Investigators say that he was walking in a crip neighborhood throwing up blood signs and was immediately shot to death. The serial killers were later on caught and are being sued to $100,000. Wyatt Howard was a witness and says that Israel could still be alive. They are looking for him. He might be dead but 12 is on the move .
