Rapper Jazz Ishmael Butler otherwise known as "Lil Tracy" is reportedly in Critical Condition in the Good Samaritan Hospital after being found unconscious in his home by his Girlfriend early this Morning. Doctor's have reason to believe "Tracy" has suffered from an Overdose on Opiates, they do not know for certain yet which drug "Tracy" took to put him in this state. We will keep you posted the more we learn about the situation.
