Linköpings kommun har tagit beslut om att förorten Skäggetorp ska jämnas med marken till 2022. Beslutet kommer att påverka de drygt 12 000 invånarna i området. Anledningen till ombyggnationen är att man ska skapa Sveriges största nöjespark, man kan likna det med Liseberg säger Marie Lundin, kommunchef i Linköping.
