The rapper was shot Tuesday evening and although unconfirmed, sources say he is in critical condition.
Controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is said to have been shot around 7 p.m on Tuesday amid testifying against members of the Nine Trey bloods, a set of Bloods he once infamously associated with.
Not much is known about the incident, but sources say that he was being transferred to a safer jail unit amid his controversial testimony. The current state of the rapper, who spawned 10 hits and released his debut album, Dummy Boy, while incarcerated, is unknown - though eyewitnesses say he appeared lifeless, as if he had lost all consciousness right then and there.
