Why I entered?
South African's are facing real challenges. Sitting around and waiting for something to change is not going to make a real difference. I needed a foundation to make a change within the communities around me: Miss Teen Social Entrepreneur is the foundation I needed.
What I have learnt
Miss Teen Social Entrepreneur has taught me:
-business leadership skills
-confidence
-entrepreneurial skills
-social responsibility
-It has also bought me awareness about the -issues facing the economy like:
-the gender wage gap
-lack of female representatives in parliament
Conclusion
I believe that every female should be involved in a program like Miss Teen Social Entrepreneur. A program like Miss Teen SESA creates a change not only within communities but globally. To every women out there remember...
