At 7:00 AM, Congress has officially decided to follow through with the ban of e-cigarettes. Over the next couple weeks, law enforcement will be collecting all e-cigarette paraphernalia. After September 30th, 2019, if you are caught with e-cigarettes, you can receive not only a fine up to $1000, but even jail time.
