These facts took place in the summer of 2018. Indeed, a Scout movement in the Liège region was shaken by a terrible scandal.
The young people began to humiliate a group of 3 children. They started several times. There were physical blows but mostly bashing. One of the children tried to end his life because the others started rumors to hurt the child. When the child began to talk to his parents, they directly removed him from the scouts and decided to file a complaint.
