Duryea man, TJ Luder, Arrested for assaulting C3I Employee

Duryea resident, 22, TJ Luder, was arrested at his place of employment at C3I earlier yesterday on April 22nd on an assault of an employee because the employee had seemingly brought up an ex lover of TJ Luder’s who he had supposedly had a bad falling out with. Police had said that the victim of the crime had stated that their exchange at first was friendly as they joked about an illegal scheme Mr. Luder ran that involved gumball machines being set up in local Walmart’s without their consent and cleverly without them knowing but the exchange quickly grew hostile as the victim mentioned to Mr. Luder why he would buy gumball machines but not let his ex look through the menu at Buffalo Wild Wings and claim that it was “wing night. You’re getting wings” The victim had said that Mr. Luder had not taken to kindly to where the conversation was going and had swiftly made a move on the victim has he swung and connected to the victim stomach. The victim was barely phased and swung back somehow taking out Mr.Luder in just one punch to the head as he lied on the ground out cold. Police were contacted and Mr.Luder was taken from the scene and had only left a few words before he was put into the police car saying “He doesn’t like water bottles on his ranger and kay jewelers was a waste of money” the cops weren’t able to decipher what that statement meant at this time but probably decided he had a concussion from the ordeal with the victim. The victim has dropped all charges as he felt bad that Mr.Luder couldn’t even connect an actual punch that could take him out and feels that Mr.Luder is the true victim as C3I has fires Mr.Luder and has now employed a man named Patrick Kane to work in Mr. Luder place. But unfortunately Mr.Luder will still be held and investigated on the illegal gumball machines set up in local Walmart’s and will probably face 5-10 years in jail. Hopefully more information will be out soon on what happens next.
