Metropoliton Police are searching for a suspect after two victims were severly burnt, Sunday 7th of November 2017.

In a video that has now gone viral, the suspect can be heard shouting 'why you running, why you running' as he is seen chasing another person on foot.

This video, taken 2 years ago on the night of the attack, is just another example of the crime and violence that takes place in our capital.

It is believed the suspect is involved in a gang fued between the 'Stamford Hill Boyz' and their local rivals from the Stoke Newington Area.

This year alone the 'postcode war' is believed to be the cause of at least 1271 incidents within London with 'drill' music playing a key part in the increase and intensity of the violence.

Another drill rapper from the local area 'RV' was recently released from prison for GBH after shooting another male in 2017. After coming out of prison he released an album 'DXT' where he freely talks about violence on opps (enemies), drug dealing and gangs.

Police are beginning to take a stand with music videos shown taunting dead rivals, promoting violence and drugs now being taken down. Metropoliton Police are also beginning Section 60 in targeted areas such as Hackney, Tottenham and Newham.

The Met’s Trident and Major Crime Command investigation is being supported by local officers who are providing an enhanced police presence in the area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Incident Room on 020 8345 3865, Tweet @MetCC or call 101.

Information can also be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org.
