A man who was identified as Nicolas Micciche, who lives in Oxford MA, was spotted on Saturday on copious amounts of meth with a taser in his hand walking down a street to a children’s playground. Micciche, who was screaming “Pumped Up Kicks” at the top of his lungs, skipped down the street to the playground and started to run around and tase as many children as he could get to before authorities arrived. Witnesses say that Micciche was barefoot and half of his body was painted pink.
