Teenager Callum Baxter had to be restrained and detained after staff at KFC asked him for I.d after he asked for popcorn chicken. Tom who was working behind the counter says Baxter went berserk picked up another customers dough balls off the table and started throwing them at him. The police were subsequently called who had to restrain Baxter. He will appear before Peterlee magistrates on 26.2.18.
