In an almost unbelievable case in the town of sullivan wi. A man Richard s. Moore was arrested on the afternoon of January 12th. Moore who was believed to be under the influence was arrested walking down main st. Earlier a complainant Mary j. Smith stated that Moore had knocked on her door and sait that she owed him money. Smith said for what reason and moore stated he had cleaned up a yard full of dog feces in her backyard. It was at that time Smith said to get off my porch and called authorities. Moore was apprehended still carrying a wagon full of feces. Moore is due in court February 16th
