Estava preso provisoriamente no presídio de Pinto Pequeno.
Ondei foi flagrado na noite do dia 20/01, fazendo uma orgia com a promotora de justiça e uma das agentes penitenciárias, o que causou alvoroço entre os detentos.
O responsável pelo presídio foi informado e pediu a transferência de Pardal para um presídio federal.
