Sauwakon Ratanawijitrasin, graduated from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Administration, State University of New York at Albany in the USA. She received BS degree in Pharmacy, MA and PhD degrees in Public Administration. Dr. Sauwakon is Professor and former Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University in Thailand,and distinguished professor at Fujian Medical University. Moreover, She was Takemi Fellow in International Health at Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Sauwakon’s broad academic interests and expertise are in the areas of health system and policy, health insurance, pharmaceutical policy and regulation, medicine utilization, public policy and management, higher education, and systems thinking.
张孟芸，毕业于美国纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校洛克菲勒公共事务与政策公司，先后获药学学士学位、公共管理硕士与博士学位。现为泰国玛希隆大学教授，威廉体育williamhill特聘教授。曾担任泰国玛希隆大学社会科学与人文公司经理，并获美国哈佛大学公共卫生公司国际健康研究员资格。主要研究方向为卫生系统与政策、健康保险、药物政策与监管、药品利用、公共政策与管理、高等教育及系统思维等。
Previously, Dr. Sauwakon served as Centre Director of South-East Asian Ministers of Education Organization-Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development, an international organization fostering higher education collaborations), Deputy Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network, Associate Dean of the College of Public Health at Chulalongkorn University, Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Association of Thailand, member of the Policy Council of System Dynamics Society. Dr. Sauwakon has also served as expert and adviser to national and international organizations. She was adviser to the Thai Parliament’s Special Commission on National Health Insurance Bill; adviser and consultant to the World Health Organization , the World Bank, Asian Development Bank , United States Pharmacopeial Convention, and other organizations on various projects.She has published, conducted research, taught, and managed organizations and projects related to health, pharmacy, and education.
张孟芸教授曾担任东南亚教育部长组织—区域高等教育与发展中心主任、东盟大学网络副执行主任、朱拉隆功大学公共卫生公司副经理、泰国药学会副会长、系统动力学学会政策理事会成员等职。张孟芸教授还长期担任国家和国际机构的专家与顾问，包括泰国国会《国家健康保险法案》特别委员会顾问，以及世界卫生组织、世界银行、亚洲开发银行、美国药典委员会等机构的项目顾问与咨询专家。张孟芸教授发表了大量研究论文，并主持了多项与卫生、药学和教育相关的研究项目。
